Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Alessi Software, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing, web design, and branding services. We invest significant time, expertise, and resources into every project. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:
1. Cancellation of Services
Project-Based Services (Web Design, Branding, Development, Campaign Setups):
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to our official contact address.
- If a project is canceled before work begins, only a partial refund of any advance payment (minus administrative charges) may be considered.
- If work has already started, the client remains responsible for payment of the completed portion, including costs incurred for resources, third-party tools, or licenses.
Ongoing/Retainer Services (SEO, Social Media Marketing, Ad Management, Monthly Maintenance):
- Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
- Work already performed up to the date of cancellation will be billed in full.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing and creative services, Alessi Software does not guarantee refunds for services already delivered. Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- The client has made an advance payment, and work has not yet started.
- A technical error on our part prevents delivery of the agreed service, and no alternative solution can be provided.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of making payment.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after the project has started.
- Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, feedback, or approvals on time.
- Dissatisfaction with subjective elements of design or creative work, once the agreed scope has been delivered.
- Third-party costs, such as ad spend (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), hosting, domain registrations, or licensed tools.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Paid consultation fees.
- Deposits or advance payments for custom services.
- Subscription or monthly retainer fees once the billing cycle has started.
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.
4. Policy Updates
Alessi Software reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
